At this point in time, all printing and shipping is handled by Gelato and their various printing partners across the globe. Art prints will be produced and shipped from Gelato's closest partners to the shipping destination of an order.

All photography, artworks, and art objects such as ceramics are photographed and/or created by myself. A letter of authenticity will be provided to these artworks. Original artworks, limited prints, and object artworks, will be personally packaged and/or directly coordinated for printing and shipping.

These artworks will be shipped from my current location, which is Bangkok, Thailand.

From your order confirmation, please give one week for fulfillment and shipping. Orders usually ship out within 5 working days of your purchase.

For original artworks, limited prints, and object artworks such as ceramics, orders may take longer depending on shipping distance from Thailand.

There is no shipping fee charged at checkout. Standard shipping fees have been calculated into the print or artwork prices based off of region in which they are shipped from.

I am confident that you’ll love your artwork and that they will become a talking point in your household. However, I understand that at times prints and items may not meet expectations or could be damaged in the manufacturing or shipping processes.

Straight refunds are not accepted for prints, however in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact me from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.

However if artworks are damaged during shipping journeys, a refund may be issued. Just send an email with your order number explaining your situation. I will connect with you and you will be asked for an image of the package, the artwork, and the certificate of authenticity (if provided). I'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print in the event of exchange instead of refund.
